Shipping Policy

All orders placed on Sveston Watches US are processed and shipped from within the United States. We aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with complete transparency regarding handling and timelines.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak periods, product launches, or promotions, processing time may extend slightly. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Within the United States

  • We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center to ensure faster delivery and better tracking accuracy.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and any applicable free-shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout once finalized. Please check back for updates when our rates are confirmed.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you so you can monitor its progress.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order leaves our facility.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local delivery office. If it remains missing, contact our support team within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Products listed as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder” will ship once available. Estimated ship dates are displayed on the product page and may change based on production or restock schedules.

8. International Shipping

At this time, orders placed on en-us.svestonwatches.com ship only within the United States. For international purchases, please visit the relevant regional Sveston website once available.
