Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sveston Watches US. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange under the conditions described below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking record.
- Items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received, including all protective films, tags and packaging.
- Returned products must include the original box, manual, warranty card and any accessories or gifts received with the order.
- For hygiene and quality reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be accepted unless found to be defective upon receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, sale or clearance items marked “final sale.”
- Customized or engraved watches.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team first. Do not send products back without authorization.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return shipping address.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect or damaged on arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Inspection and Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees, customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different model or size, please start a return as described above and place a new order once your refund has been issued.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. Coverage details are provided in our Warranty Policy.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take additional time before a refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please email cs-us@svestonwatches.com.
